Cheers to 16 Years: A Memorable Anniversary and Team Building Celebration!

On August 8, 2022, Guangzhou DBL Electronics Co., Ltd celebrated its 16th anniversary. To further enrich employees' spare time lives, strengthen team building, and enhance staff cohesion and morale, the company held a diverse and engaging factory anniversary team-building event today. All employees participated with great joy and enthusiasm.

At 7:50 AM, all staff members, full of energy and dressed uniformly, attended the company-wide morning meeting on time. General Manager Li reviewed the company's development journey and expressed gratitude for the hard work and dedication of all employees, especially those on the production front lines. For today, they were encouraged to set aside their busy workloads, relax, and enjoy a spontaneous trip alongside the blue seas and skies.

The morning in August was clear with high skies and light clouds. After a two-hour drive, the team arrived at the first stop of the event—the Live-Action CS Crystal Bullet War Game arena. This simulated military experience combines outdoor combat entertainment with tactical gameplay. After learning the rules, everyone split into two teams and began the battle.

By 11:30 AM, the group reached a farmhouse restaurant to enjoy local specialties such as Qingyuan chicken. Following a short break, the team proceeded to the second destination—Qingyuan Gulong Gorge.

The first activity was hiking to see the "Gulong Nine-Falls Cascade." The majestic waterfalls cascade down powerfully, crashing against the cliffs and sending waves roaring through the canyon.

Along the way, the landscape unfolded like a traditional Chinese painting—majestic mountains and serene pavilions surrounded by tranquility. The team trekked briskly through the rugged terrain and lush forests, filled with laughter and cheerful conversations all along the path.

Arriving at the "Gu Long Xia Glass Grand Canyon," they encountered an impressive structure integrating a suspended glass platform, a glass walkway, and a glass bridge—all hovering dramatically above the natural canyon, waterfalls, and rushing streams. The scene was both awe-inspiring and harmoniously blended with nature.

At 3:00 PM, the highlight of the day began: the "Gulong Gorge Rafting Adventure." The international rafting course stretches 6,063 meters with a drop of 378 meters. Set nearly 1,000 meters above sea level, the unique landscape—featuring waterfalls, deep pools, unusual rocks, dense forests, and rare plants—creates an unforgettable experience. With steep cliffs, sharp peaks, and rapid currents, the rafts flew through silver-droplet splashes, offering shifting views at every turn. The natural beauty was truly breathtaking.

Well-prepared for the rafting, some brought water guns, and others carried buckets, all eager to engage in a thrilling "water battle!" Laughter and screams echoed along the stream as pairs in each raft chased and splashed one another.

The exhilarating rafting experience seemed to awaken everyone’s inner child. Chasing each other along the currents, whenever rafts "collided" in calmer sections, a spirited water fight was inevitable. Soaked by the splashing river, everyone was immersed in pure joy.

"The final section of the rafting was so thrilling—I haven’t felt that kind of excitement in a long time. I feel completely refreshed. Thank you for this wonderful employee benefit. We’ll carry this energy forward and continue striving with even greater passion and vitality," many expressed after the rafting.

Amid laughter and cheer, the team-building event drew to a close. Everyone felt relaxed, carefree, and happy—having released stress and recharged themselves, ready to return to work and life with renewed energy.
